4. Check airflow

5. Check refrigerant

6. Inspect all electrical components, conductors, and connections.

7. Clean condenser coil

8. Inspect and clean condensate drain

9. Verify proper thermostat operation

Fall Changeover Maintenance

1. Inspect Heat Exchanger (Natural and LP gas furnaces)

2. Inspect exhaust flue and ventilation (natural and LP gas furnaces)

3. Inspect burners and adjust controls where applicable

4. Verify proper operation of all safety devices

5. Adjust combustion settings for optimum efficiency

6. Verify operation of electric heat kits (heat pump and electric heating systems)

7. Inspect and verify blower operation

8. Check refrigerant levels for optimum heat pump operation

9. Verify defrost operation (heat pumps)

10. Verify thermostat operation for heat pump, gas furnaces, duel fuel and multi-stage systems
